Received the commercial dehumidifier within 2 days, very happy, unit works well , very quite, and removes humidity..my issue is the lack of the the customer to control fan speed, humidity level, etc All are preset by the factory.. The water storage tank is small , if you have a high level of humidity you will be emptying often, For me It’s not a game changer, it does work well and it is quite...update s few weeks went by and I had an issue, contacted the seller . Within two days customer service responded They resolved the issue.. I had with a sensor and all is well .

The ventilation is not great in our bathroom and this did the trick! Wish we had bought it over the summer. It's super quiet. Easy to use. Easy to move. I do wish the cord was slightly longer but only because we don't have an outlet in our bathroom linen closet. But it's also very sleek so it's not a terrible eye sore.
